“APAC TOWER” a mixed-used project on a prime location on Sukhumwit - Aekkamai road, corner of Ekkamai South Intersection, next to Ekkamai BTS Station. The owner is APAC land group by Akarapan family. Offers both small and large office spaces for rent.
APAC Tower is a Grade A+ office building, which is a Mixed-Use project on the area of 70,000 square meters. Focus on the concept of “Workplace of the Future” to create sustainability and well-being for building users. In collaboration with Siam Cement Group (SCG), introducing FITWELL building standard on promoting the health and well-being of building occupants. Initiated by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and implemented by the Center for Active Design (CFAD).
APAC Tower designer were concentrated about the 7 elements following FITWELL standards, both in terms of promoting health for residents and surrounded communities, reducing illnesses from health problems of residents, and supporting social equality. Creating good health, promoting healthy food, promoting safety in the area, and promoting activities that increase physical exercise during the day. There are many spaces to accommodate every lifestyle, and there is also indoor air quality management using a high-efficiency Merv 14 standard air filtration system to take care of the quality of life and well-being of residents throughout the day.
Moreover, the project is caring about energy savings by using environmental friendly materials to minimize the impact of business operations on the environment, expectation is to apply for LEED Certification at the Gold level in the future.
