Mochit Complex, a new mixed-use project on Phahon Yothin Road from Mochit Land, convenient for travel, not far from Mochit BTS station. This is another project that helps increase the attraction and develop Chatuchak into a business area with more of space for rent and shopping center. Mochit Complex was developed by Mochit Land Company Limited (formerly BTS Assets Company Limited) which is an office space rental business operation company.
There are 63 plots of land in Chatuchak area, total area of approximately 11 rai, which is a subsidiary of U City Public Company Limited. This land originally belonged to BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited and has since changed ownership to
Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (STEC).
Later, STEC sold it back to BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTS) which entered into a contract to purchase 100% of all shares in Mochit Land Company Limited in 2020 with a value of 4,450 million baht. (US$ 120 million)
Mochit Complex is a mixed-use building project worth 9,940 million baht (US$ 300 million), consisting of a High-rise building and a super-large building with 36 floors and 3 basement floors, with a total area of approximately 167,647 square meters.
