Mochit Complex is a large-scale mixed-use development located on Phahon Yothin Road in Bangkok’s Chatuchak district, strategically positioned near Mochit BTS Station. The project serves as a key commercial gateway to the northern part of the city, supporting the area’s transformation into a growing business hub.
The development is distinguished by its contemporary façade design, which integrates performance, aesthetics, and functionality to respond to Bangkok’s urban and climatic conditions. The façade system is designed to enhance energy efficiency, optimize daylight penetration, and provide solar shading, while maintaining a strong architectural identity within the surrounding cityscape.
Occupying approximately 11 rai of land, the 36-storey development incorporates a range of uses including office, retail, and educational spaces. The façade plays a critical role in unifying these diverse functions, creating a cohesive and modern building envelope that balances transparency, shading, and material expression.
