ICONSIAM is a landmark mixed-use development located along the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok. Developed as one of Thailand’s most ambitious real estate projects, it integrates retail, residential, hospitality, and cultural spaces within a single destination.
Designed under the concept of “The Icon of Eternal Prosperity”, the development represents a new benchmark for experiential retail and urban lifestyle in Thailand.
The project comprises two interconnected retail complexes, forming one of the largest shopping destinations in the country, alongside luxury residential towers and hospitality components.
Key components include the Magnolia Waterfront Residences, a 70-storey ultra-luxury residential tower and one of the tallest buildings in Thailand, as well as the Mandarin Oriental Residences, a 52-storey luxury residential development.
