“ONE CITY CENTER BANGKOK” this is one of the highest building in Thailand, 61 floors and 275.76 meters from the ground. The owner of this project are Raimon Land (RML) joint venture with Mitsubishi Estate (Thailand). And the project value is US$ 263.5 million.
One City Center was started construction in February 2019 and completed in March 2023. It offers a total leasable area of 61,000 square meters divided into two mainly sections for instance, working space and retail space.
The key highlight of the OCC building is, it’s called this place is more than working area and step into “A luxury building with full of lifestyle” in Thailand. It’s a trend that is popularity among employees of both leading companies in Thailand and multinational companies. Because there are hangout areas including shops, restaurants, bars and famous cafes. In addition to being a work space it is also a meeting place for making contact and negotiate important business deals. Therefore, it is expected that the market will continue to expand in the future.
