TCC Asset (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TTC Group of “Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi”, has launched The PARQ (The Park), a mixed-use real estate project worth over 20 billion baht (US$ 595 million) with a prime location on Rama4 road. The project is divided into office space which called The PARQ Workplace and retail space which called The PARQ Life. Represent state of the art with sustainable design and integrated smart services under the concept of “Life Well Balanced” Or living a balanced life, aiming to improve working and living in Bangkok. The PARQ focusing to be the first real estate project to receive LEED Gold and WELL Gold certifications, these two certifications will make The PARQ being the most modern project in Bangkok.

The project consists of the following areas:

  • The PARQ Workplace, A grade working space. The highlight is the large floor plate (Floor Plate) which is column-free, measuring up to 5,000 square meters and ceilings as high as 3 meters. Provided tenants with flexibility in allocating and designing their own office space. Other than that, both sides of the building have their own lobbies with spacious, floor-specific passenger elevators and tight security systems. The exterior of the building uses Low-E reflective glass, which has the ability to prevent heat from the sun. The lighting system is LED lights that work with a sunlight sensor system, a soundproof ceiling system, and a mechanism to control the air quality inside the building at all times.
  • The PARQ life, the canter of retail shops, restaurants, supermarket, and food center on the area of 12,000 square meters. Under the concept of ‘Eat Well and Shop Well’. Including the provision of health and beauty services, as well as stores that operated in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. In line with The PARQ Life’s “Life Well Balanced” vision, the supermarket within the project will concentrate on selling a wider range of organic, healthy and vegetarian products and foods than a typical supermarket.
